independence day

was juz lk any other day. just that e amt of pple u c on e rds, e streets, in stores, in restaurants u multiply by 10. we managed to get our off on that day. partly coz we didnt wan to slog n die in e pier and also do our last min shopping!! (it's insane. we're leaving real soon!! cant believe it! it's our last wk here already!!!!!) went AC but every shop was lk packed to e brim. shops lk polo ralph / nautica / tommys n all were selling stuff along e streets outside their shops. machiam pasa malam. hahas. but it wasnt too cheap. or e stuff were really boring. anw it was a pretty gd shopping trip.

top 2 pics are my buys. all under $50 USD. got 3 polos (only 1 is for me lar), 1 dress/top fr aeropostale, another top from guess, shades n cap from h&m and a shirt for dearie fr AE :) miss xie spent more coz she bought 3 watches which already exceeds my buys. all in all it was a gd shopping trip. there were lotsa sales. but we had to squeeze n queue really long. we even had to queue to enter coach. but in e end didnt get anyting (heng!).

so thats all for independence day. e ferris wheel on our pier changed colours to only red blue n white. hahas. that was really cute. e fireworks were cancelled due to e bad weather conditions. booo!!!!
